Terms of Business
In summary, payment of invoice(s) should be made when the picture(s) is\are returned\delivered; i.e. upon receipt of the invoice. All invoices are to be paid within fourteen days of receipt of invoice unless other arrangements have been agreed and confirmed with us in writing. For fees outstanding after 30 days from the date of issue of the invoice, an administration charge, calculated at 2% per month or part thereof, may be levied until the payment is received in full. In order to keep the overheads and consequently our fees to a minimum, prompt payment is always appreciated.
