What we do Not Do
Our skills are in picture restoration and conservation. We know our limitations; therefore, we do not restore ceramics, clock faces, polychrome sculptures and some paintings on silk, or furniture. We do not re-silver mirrors, but may restore mirror frames if they are artistically important. If a particular job is beyond our skills we will advise the client of this and recommend a conservator who is proficient at that particular job. We do not frame paintings or mount watercolours but will be pleased to recommend a good FATG qualified framer.
